Doreen was on Court early enough that she almost left when none of his friends showed up.
Kobe was a had a super active day but showed up at last. And Both of them worked out together.

Doreen As a beginner  started with dribbling drills.

These are the techniques involved in Basic Dribbling.
>Elbow (power)
> wrist, fingers and fingerpads (follow through)
>Legs (balance)

So Kobe gave the ball to doreen to bounce(dribble)
Doreen dribbled the ball at waist level only using her wrist to dribble. And we needed to put more power into the dribbling so it comes to the chest or shoulder level. So Doreen was encouraged to pound the ball like she does with fufu. This means using more of her elbows. As she used more of her elbows her dribbling got better and she had more control of the ball. She kept pounding the ball and that was just fine.
But you know what. She also needs to follow through. So she gains more control of the ball. If her hands are not on the ball all the way down and up(when arms write a v and ready  pound again) she may stand the chance of losing the ball to her opponents. Which means all through the bouncing of the ball. One's hands needs to be on the ball 80% of the time.

After getting the hang of that know KOBE AND DOREEN  dribbled up and down the sideline exchanging hands now and then. And the dribbling along the endlines (baseline) and sidelines using either hands at a time.  Next they dribbled along the arc up and down before going to the next level.
Good job Doreen. You did a fine job today.
After that Doreen played the knock-(the ball)-out  game. Where players dribble within the arc. And any boy whose ball is knocked out loses and will go out to stand outside the arc until it is left with one person.

Doreen and all the other players had fun the drill and 3x3 fun game.
At the end of the Day. Doreen exclaimed; " i would have regretted if i left".
In reply, Kobe said; "Patience is Key..."

Following that, the team had a brief meeting to encourage players  and everyone left for their homes.
